Dudes.Nick is letting me borrow his syphon, I think until he wants it back, which is going to be never. To really do it justice, I went searchin for a burr grinder, and lo and behold, I find one at the SPCA thrift (Goddamn, I love those guys!) for $12.
Can't be beat.
